The Property Manager of the Year award honours firms that have shown a true understanding of the UK, European and global property markets and have been able to translate that knowledge into riskadjusted returns for the benefit of their pension client. Following several opportunistic acquisitions and highly profitable exits and the ongoing work of the Women In Safe Homes fund, it has been an incredibly strong year for Patron Capital.
The Pensions Age Awards aim to reward both the pension schemes and the pension providers across the UK that have proved themselves worthy of recognition in these increasingly challenging economic times.
